Q. After I get my lash extensions, how do I care for them?
A. To maintain the look and extend the life of your lashes, follow these easy care instructions:

Do not get lashes wet for at least 12 hrs, preferably 24 hrs to allow the glue to completely dry
Avoid hot steam from the shower for 2 days
Be gentle with your lashes
Avoid rubbing your eyes excessively
Avoid eyelash curlers
Avoid oil-based cleansers, lotion, or eye makeup removers. Use a Q-tip to gently remove eyeliner around the eye
If you use mascara, apply only to the tips of lashes and use only water-based mascara. DO NOT USE WATERPROOF MASCARA.
Do not visit saunas or steam rooms, as the heat may cause bonds to weaken

Q. How long do they last?
A. With care, your lashes can last up to 2 months or longer, depending on the natural growth of your own lashes and how well you maintain your lash extensions. We recommend a touch up every 2 to 4 weeks. When your natural lashes fall out due to their natural growth cycle, touch up is needed to replenish the fallen lashes. Touch ups generally take a short time and are relatively inexpensive.

Q. How do I prepare for the procedure?
A. Do not curl lashes or put on mascara. Clean lashes with mild, water-based cleaner. Do wear contact lenses.

Q. How are they applied?
A. Extensions are applied to each individual eyelash with a waterproof bonding agent.

Q. What are the extensions made of?
A. Synthetic fibers with a natural look & feel.

Q. Are they safe?
A. Yes, and the procedure is pain-free.

Q. Can I still use mascara?
A. Yes, but only water-based mascara. However one of the main advantages of extensions is that you won't need mascara!
